Societies are not restricted to 7 players, unless we are oversubscribed (84 players maximum), which hasn’t happened in previous years. However, societies will have to nominate their 7 team members before the competition commences. Towels are not provided in the changing rooms.
The dinner, which is scheduled for 7.15 pm, will be:

The cost of the day is £55 ph (£35 if not eating).and payment to cover the full amount for all the participants from your society is required before 14th June 2013, as collecting money on the day is a nightmare!! Anyone pulling out after the 21st June may forfeit their fee.
